- Assist the staff member to set up the room & ensure it is tidy & break it down at the end of the session, securing the laptops.
- Ensure all IT room rules are followed – e.g. No eating & drinking
- Give out headphones / supplies needed
- Assist clients with getting online/ setting up email accounts etc.
- Promote training courses
