St Luke's Meet Up Group Volunteer

What You'll Do: 

Purpose:
To help facilitate the St Luke’s Meet Up group, supporting on trips and assisting with the organisation and admin.

 

Outline of duties:

· Meet and greet attendees.

· Support planned activities during the meetup.

· Manage and facilitate table discussions.

· Serve refreshments to the group.

· When available escort local trips with a member of staff.

 

Additional Out-of-Hours Tasks:

· Liaise with local partners to build relationships or organise events.

· Research free local exhibitions and activities for the group.

What We're Looking For: 

Time commitment: Thursday evenings 5-7pm, and occasional admin hours (can be flexible)

 

Skills and experience:

· No experience needed, training will be provided

· Genuine friendliness and passion about the local community is helpful
