You'll be assisting the people we work with and help us achieve our aim of helping service users to manage and sustain their tenancies.
Duties include:
- Make telephone welfare checks to people we support, providing tailored support to help people sustain their tenancy and supporting people to be part of, and connect with, their local community.
- Research information about local community groups, advice / support services, and other resources that can assist the people we support to resolve a problem or query. The location of support can be delivered from our office in Harlesden or at one of community hubs / drop in services in the borough
- To jointly visit clients in their homes or the community
- Provide a written record of the contact and conversation we have with people, and ensure notes are well written and can be easily understood by others.
You'll be helping the Hounslow Reach team to directly assist the people we work with, providing additional support, welfare services, and helping service users manage and sustain their tenancies. You'll be able to see how roles like this positively impact the lives of those who are facing or have experienced homelessness and are now on track to leading fulfilling lives.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
