- Facilitate engaging and supportive weekly group sessions that empower participants to explore aspects of well-being, improve self-esteem, and learn self-care practices in a safe and inclusive environment.
- Plan and organise different activities such as sessions on make-up techniques, hair styles, nails, and general self-care practices.
- Encourage service user participation
- Purchase and bring refreshments and snacks (you will be given the money to do this)
- Keep records and feedback important information to your supervisor.
- You will have a dedicated volunteer supervisor to support you in your role; Quarterly volunteer forums with the central Volunteering team and volunteers across Hestia; References for job applications
