Self-Care Group Facilitator Volunteer - Female Only (Brent)

What You'll Do: 
  • Facilitate engaging and supportive weekly group sessions that empower participants to explore aspects of well-being, improve self-esteem, and learn self-care practices in a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Plan and organise different activities such as sessions on make-up techniques, hair styles, nails, and general self-care practices.
  • Encourage service user participation
  • Purchase and bring refreshments and snacks (you will be given the money to do this)
  • Keep records and feedback important information to your supervisor.
