What You'll Do:
- Support service users with completing important documents, including housing forms, benefit applications, referrals, and basic administrative paperwork.
- Help individuals understand written information and fill out forms clearly, working towards the various deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

- Good attention to detail and the ability to explain information clearly and calmly.
- Confident using basic IT tools (e.g., Word, email, online forms).
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to work in a trauma informed, person centred way.
