Document Support Volunteer - Female Only - Wandsworth

What You'll Do: 
  • Support service users with completing important documents, including housing forms, benefit applications, referrals, and basic administrative paperwork.
  • Help individuals understand written information and fill out forms clearly, working towards the various deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

What We're Looking For: 
  • omfortable completing forms and supporting others with written tasks.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to explain information clearly and calmly.
  • Confident using basic IT tools (e.g., Word, email, online forms).
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to work in a trauma informed, person centred way.
