Advice Volunteer - Nucleus

What You'll Do:

Volunteer to empower lives with legal advice.

Join our team as a volunteer, work in social impact space and make legal advice accessible to the community.

Transform lives – grow personally & professionally.

Working in our Earl’s Court Office or on the Ealing Advice Telephone Lines, you will triage clients, during the Drop-in’s and on the phone, referring them to the relevant specialist teams or in some instances supporting clients who need more support in generalist advice, housing and welfare benefits. The role is an integral part of the service to assist the most vulnerable. The service is fast-paced and hugely in demand. You will be giving advice on social welfare law matters and progressing cases via the advice line; finding out and interpreting relevant information and exploring options and recording clear, accurate case records.

What We're Looking For:

No specific skills and experience are required, instead tell us how you think you would meet the role description and why you'd like to volunteer for Nucleus. Please complete the application form and we will be in touch.
