Enter & View Volunteer

What You'll Do:

As an Enter and View volunteer, you'll visit local health and social care services, observe their environment, and speak with service users, staff, and families. You'll gather feedback on the quality of care provided, document your findings, and help us report back to service providers and commissioners to influence positive changes.

Why You'll Love It:

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the improvement of health and social care services in your community. You'll have the chance to meet new people, gain insights into the healthcare sector, and be part of a team that values your input. Plus, it's a rewarding way to make a difference while building your experience and skills for future career opportunities.

What You'll Learn:

You’ll develop strong communication, observation, and analytical skills as you engage with diverse groups and assess service environments. You'll also gain a deeper understanding of the health and social care system, learn how to advocate for others, and experience firsthand how community involvement can lead to real change.

What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for enthusiastic university students who are passionate about health and social care. If you're empathetic, curious, and eager to learn, this role is perfect for you. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to engage with others and contribute to our mission of improving local services.
