Our Opportunities
You will triage clients, during the Drop-in’s and on the phone, referring them to the relevant specialist teams or in some instances supporting clients who need more support in generalist advice, housing
Admin volunteers are the front face of Nucleus, the first people the public see and speak to. They support the calls coming through to the office and the running of the Drop In’s.
