Cooking volunteers help turn surplus food into a delicious, three course meal. It's a fun and inventive challenge, ready, steady, cook style! You don't need any previous kitchen experience, just a willingness to get stuck in. The donated food gets delivered on the day, so your team will come up with a menu based on the food you have which is a fun challenge!
It's fun! You meet lots of new people from all walks of life. Volunteering with us is also very flexible as you can volunteer as little or as often as you like - there's no minimum time commitment needed.
You'll learn a whole host of skills from teamwork, leadership, kitchen skills and communication skills.
We do not ask for any previous experience as a cooking volunteer, all you need is a willingness to help!
